As an expecting parent, you never want to learn that something is wrong with your child. Unfortunately, birth injuries are common. Every year, thousands of children are injured before birth or during labor. Even more concerning is the fact that some of these injuries could have been avoided.

As unfortunate as it may be, birth injuries will continue to be a problem. The best thing you can do as a parent is find the qualified licensed doctors in their field of practice, don’t be afraid to ask questions, and be proactive and vigilant about your child’s care.
